ndau New Policy Proposal #03
The Process:
This referendum process begins March 25, 2022 and will end on March 30, 2022 @ 00:00 UTC.
All ndau holders are eligible to vote, and the amount of ndau you hold will determine the number of votes you can cast (1 ndau = 1 vote).
Votes will be cast by emailing support@oneiro.freshdesk.com using the subject “BPC Referendum – New Policy Proposal #03” and providing any reasonable evidence of your ownership or control over your ndau. Screenshot(s) of your ndau wallet app accounts or exchange account amounts will suffice and must include account addresses to avoid duplicate voting.
Your vote must indicate whether you APPROVE or VETO each individual policy proposal (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) listed in ndau New Policy Proposal #03.
While the vote process is taking place (which will be made accordingly as short as reasonably possible), node operators are asked to temporarily run nodes that will limit or otherwise hold in abeyance applicable transfer transactions so as not to negatively influence market behavior, using whatever method is most technologically convenient.
A policy proposal will be nullified if 30% of ndau in circulation on March 30, 2022 @ 00:00 UTC is cast to disagree with the referendum.
Referendum results will be announced on the BPC website on March 31, 2022.
